About the role
We’re seeking a Brand Manager to help implement and evolve the RTPI’s brand, partnering closely with the Head of Brand and Marketing. Together, you’ll shape how the world sees, understands, and experiences our organisation.
In this role, you’ll create the conditions for outstanding work by embedding brand clarity, consistency, and confidence across the organisation. Your impact isn’t just in what you create — it’s in what you enable.

You’ll build campaigns and messaging that strengthen awareness, deepen emotional connection, and drive long-term brand equity.
