About the role

We’re seeking a Brand Manager to help implement and evolve the RTPI’s brand, partnering closely with the Head of Brand and Marketing. Together, you’ll shape how the world sees, understands, and experiences our organisation.

In this role, you’ll create the conditions for outstanding work by embedding brand clarity, consistency, and confidence across the organisation. Your impact isn’t just in what you create — it’s in what you enable.

You will:

  • Lead the development and delivery of integrated campaigns and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Translate brand strategy into compelling messaging frameworks and content platforms.
  • Partner with creative agencies to bring strategic vision to life through powerful storytelling and design.
  • Champion brand governance and drive internal education, enabling teams and partners to represent the brand confidently and consistently across all touchpoints.

You’ll build campaigns and messaging that strengthen awareness, deepen emotional connection, and drive long-term brand equity.

Success in this role will look like:

  • Increased brand awareness and clarity across priority audiences.
  • Consistent and confident brand application across channels and partners.
  • Campaigns that deliver measurable engagement and strategic impact.
  • Strong internal understanding, adoption, and advocacy of the brand.

We’re looking for someone with a proven track record of translating brand positioning into actionable campaigns and customer experiences, and who is confident influencing across teams to turn strategy into meaningful impact.
