We are looking to recruit a Membership Operations Officer to join our Membership team to coordinate and administer the end-to-end membership operational processes for new and renewing members.

The role includes processing membership applications and fees, ensuring candidates are elected according to the eligibility criteria for that class of membership; maintaining the RTPI’s CRM; coordinating the financial reconciliation of fees; delivering the annual renewal process to ensure maximum retention of renewing members; providing outstanding levels of customer service; and providing advice on the most appropriate route to membership and options available for annual fees.

Applicants will need to have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and can demonstrate a high level of professionalism and time management. You will have good experience of using CRM systems, financial reconciliation/debt chasing, direct debit and Bacs guidelines and comfortable handling and processing high volumes of data, as well as familiar with GDPR regulations. The role is a customer contact role with extensive engagement with candidates, existing members, potential members, employers and other stakeholders.
